About Me

1. What interests you about journalism (web design, writing, photography, graphic design, power, prestige, etc)?

   • What interests me about Journalism is how photography is incorporated within it. I think the photos are an important part of Journalism as it makes an article more engaging to the audience and can set up the meaning of an article. 

2. Why did you sign up for the class? What are you expecting?

   • I signed up for Journalism because I am interested in doing journalism as a profession or doing something with writing as a major or minor. I thought that this would create an opportunity to have background information going into college if I decided to major in communications. 

3. What motivates you?

   • What motivates me the most is making my loved ones (my mom and my brothers) proud and making all that they have done and continue doing to help me throughout my life worth it. 

4. What do you do when not in school (play sports, do activities, play any musical instruments)?

   • When I am not in school I am either participating in the school plays or in my spare time reading. 

5. What are some of your fears? Hopes? Dreams?

   • Some of my fears include not being able to do what I love because of fear and not living up to my own expectations for myself. My hope at this point in my life is to get into a good college and figure out a major. My dream is to one day go to Kazakhstan, where I was born, and experience my culture and heritage. 

6. Who are your role models?

   • My role models include my mom because she gives a 100% effort into everything she does and my brother because he isn’t afraid to be himself and is courageous in every aspect of his life. 

7. Who or what do you aspire to be?

   • I aspire to be someone who is caring to everyone and works hard to achieve what they want in life.
